Amazon Web Services (AWS) is searching for an energetic, organized, and collaborative To-Partner Event Marketing Manager to support the AWS Training and Certification (T&C) Partner Marketing Team. As a hands-on Marketing Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to integrate and amplify T&C into AWS-led events for external AWS Partner audiences that drive key business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to play an influential role for a critical audience in a rapidly growing business.
As the To-Partner Event Marketing Manager you will manage, scale, and deploy a marketing strategy for our Partner T&C business across events such as AWS Partner Summits, AWS Summits, and AWS re:Invent and more. You will design and deliver integrated marketing materials, offers, and campaign plans to support event program goals and effectively project manage the efforts through multiple marketing channels. You will work with Field and Partner Marketing teams globally and across each geography to develop and manage T&C partner event activation plans. You will develop the strategy and manage marketing event integrations to reach, engage, and nurture a wide range of partners globally.

The ideal candidate has a track record of success in developing marketing strategies, running demand generation campaigns, and building event communications in a complex, matrixed organization. Key job responsibilities
•Develop and deploy measurable marketing programs and event activations designed to raise awareness, interest, and demand for T&C offerings that drive leads and opportunities for the Partner Training organization.
•Lead T&C Partner program positioning and integrations with AWS Partner Marketing and Event teams.
•Provide event planning and support that helps ensure continuous partner integration across AWS-led and AWS Specialization events.
•Create positioning, messaging, web content, playbooks, and documentation in conjunction with the AWS Partner Network (APN), Partner Marketing, and Events teams.
•Develop detailed project plans, including goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels.
•Forecast, track, and report event effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize conversion using data.
•Build relationships and earn trust with global and local marketing, Partner, and regional stakeholders to localize, scale, and support global programs and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
4+ years of relevant work experience in Partner Marketing, Event Marketing, and/or high-technology Program Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
