We have a need for a content designer to support an external corporate communications project. Content will be posted on our organization's home website and with customers/investors/gov officials. Lots of different end users. Working to create content that doesn't exist, but also taking existing content, conducting interviews with SME's to identify content gaps.

- The estimate above represents the candidate's typical compensation range at the time of hire. Several factors may be utilized to determine your hourly rate including but not limited to years of experience and specific skillsets compared to employees in this role. Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
- This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.

Must Haves:
- Adapt at taking existing content, having interviews with key SME's and identifying content gaps, reviewing info/synthesizing to develop key messaging and fact sheets
- PR-focused versus general marketing
- POWERPOINT - fact sheets are customized/updated within PowerPoint, not Adobe. Will need to facilitate internal interviews, and collect data to confirm Fact sheet material.
- Can hold their own with senior-level leadership in these interviews.
- 5-7 years of experience
- Key messages will be worked on first, in terms of the content piece, in parallel the person can do the design of the fact sheets.
- Self-starter and as proactive as possible in managing their own deliverables, keeping them in the loop regularly on status and any barriers. Does not want a junior resource on this.
- Specialized in PowerPoint or very strong PowerPoint experience
- Working within the sustainability organization and marketing team (customer side)
- Quality needs to be extremely high from a writing perspective, will have C-level executives reviewing these
- Sustainability experience would be a HUGE plus
- Need very clean samples
- The ability to write and design are equally important, if one is stronger in writing that is ideal but still need extremely strong design chops
- Very organized (PM experience or PM skills would be a huge plus also)
