THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an exceptional Brand Content Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel content strategy that amplifies our brand voice and drives engagement across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience needs
- Lead the creation of high-quality content across various channels, including website copy, tradeshow booth design, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Create high-quality, engaging communications and copy across a variety of channels, including sales collateral, emails, FAQs, talking points, newsletters, videos, websites, announcements, and others
- Play a key role in the RFP response process by collaborating with subject matter experts and crafting compelling content that showcases our expertise and value proposition
- Partner with internal stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand content needs and ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Research, interview, and understand client portfolio to build advocacy stories to promote the BusPatrol program
- Manage and collaborate with a team of freelance writers and editors (if applicable) to ensure consistency and timely delivery of content
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify new content opportunities
- Propose and execute on new ways of creating and distributing communications, including identifying and driving process improvements
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust the strategy as needed
- Be a strong brand ambassador, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications
- Confidently interface with all levels of the organization, from executives to external partners.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of brand storytelling
- Strong experience on both the strategy side and executing, working across various content types, such as RFPs, Whitepapers, RFQs, and newsletters
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure content performance
- A passion for public safety and a genuine interest in creating content that resonates with the target audience
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content marketing tools
- Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising
- Experience working with the public sector nice to have
- Experience with video content creation and editing an asset

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
