Position Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities are to drive the strategy and manage the production process for the written, video, lead nurture, email and social media content used for demand generation marketing and on the company's branded web sites and landing pages for lead generation marketing. This includes managing outside resources and agencies for public relations, promotion, copywriting, and blog writing as well digital, video and social media creative and production for the company's multichannel marketing efforts. The Content Marketing Manager is a key leader and contributor to the company's brand marketing and lead generation advertising efforts for student prospects. Candidates for this position must have strong written and copyediting skills. This position is best fit for natural problem solvers who can recognize a new opportunity to improve an existing process or to take a new idea and run with it.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of content creation for multi-channel marketing efforts for lead generation and lead nurture of student prospects for our company's portfolio of nursing and career education colleges.
- Responsible for managing the process with agency partners to develop, write, test, and rollout digital marketing, lead nurture and email marketing to targeted audiences.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and work with others to track analytics and program impact in order to make recommendations to reach and improve key performance indicators.
- Apply experience managing outside resources like advertising agencies, blog writers, digital designers and video editors to deliver content on budget and on deadline.
- Coordinate with graphic design consultants to guide publications and digital assets through all phases of design. Work with print vendors to oversee the production schedules of publications and marketing print materials.
- Write, copyedit, and proofread content while maintaining standards of voice, tone, and quality.
- Apply journalism and writing experience to edit the copy and content of others to provide constructive direction and feedback to deliver finished quality content that is 100% compliant to accrediting and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal staff and external partner organizations in strategic communications, public relations, and social media efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with company thought leaders, outside experts and professional organizations
- Deploy effective tactics to promote and market campus leadership and company thought leaders on local traditional, digital and social media as well as other platforms.

- Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
This position is for an experienced Marketing & Public Relations professional who has a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience who is passionate about education and career education marketing. Strong writing skills are required with Journalism experience a plus. Experience with lead nurture and email engines for student prospect engagement preferred. Knowledge of post-secondary and proprietary education sectors is preferred but not required. Candidates can demonstrate a proven track record of developing and managing enterprise-wide Marcom messaging for content, copy and video production with ability to manage outside resources and agencies in a deadline driven environment. Knowledge and experience working in Adobe Marketo environment is a plus.
