Duties/Responsibilities:Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packagesAdministering health and life insurance programsImplementing training and development plansAnswers, screens and directs incoming telephone calls for Director of HR. Provides limited assistance for routine inquiries.Answers inquiries from inside and outside the company involving employment verifications, benefits, and employment activities following established procedures.Prepare reports and correspondence as directed by Director of HR including confidential information pertaining to employees.Administer and coordinate completion of documents pertaining to new hires and terminations for various systems.Assists Director of HR with various research projects and/or special projects.Assists with recruitment and interview process.Maintains employee personnel files following company policies and government regulations.Retains records in line with company record retention requirements.May be responsible to coordinate company events and special events for employees.Desired Skills and Experience
