Position Overview:
The CRM Marketing Support Coordinator is responsible for the optimization of the daily CRM interactions with sales and support staff. The CRM Marketing Support Coordinator has visibility to all functions of marketing content and automation deployment, lead scoring, and user training/adoption.
Job Responsibilities:
Document, triage, escalate, or resolve marketing requests related to CRM platform, email/print/SMS questions and data integrity.Modify permissions, creation of groups, uploading, and tagging templates marketing assets.Analyze and recommend ways to streamline support.Oversee approval queue of marketing emails working closely with content, compliance, HTML, and events teams.Gather data necessary for monthly reporting.Troubleshoot missing data, permissions in all CRM tools, and visibility to marketing assets.Complete image uploads and swaps.Assist in the education on CRM best practices including sharing "how to" guides, videos, and screen share sessions.Keep the workflow appropriate for all team members to increase team efficiency.Collaborate with a team to solve unique system issues as needed.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience.1-2 years' customer service experience.Experience in pulling together disparate pieces of information and presenting unified cause and effect scenarios.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication, customer service, and problem resolution skills.Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.Previous experience interacting with a CRM, preferred.Helpdesk or technical support experience, preferred.Mortgage industry experience, preferred.
