The Opportunity:

CACI is searching for a TS/SCI-cleared Senior Graphic Designer to join our Proposal Production team. You will leverage your design experience to collaborate with a variety of proposal team members, capture professionals, and senior leadership to develop graphics in support of both unclassified and classified proposal efforts. You will be based in our Sterling, VA, office, but we will ask you to occasionally travel to our offices in Chantilly, Reston, and Annapolis Junction, MD.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer on our team, you will develop, design, and create compelling and innovative proposal graphics using primarily Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint. You will collaborate directly with Proposal Writers, SMEs, Solution Architects, Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, and Executive Management to develop and execute innovative graphic concepts for proposals and presentations. You’ll work on a variety of interesting classified and unclassified proposal efforts as well as support a variety of internal CACI customers with non-proposal-related graphics projects.

Qualifications:

Required:

Active Security Clearance – TS/SCI.

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 7+ years of related work.

8+ years of experience creating proposal graphics.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator CC and Photoshop CC skills.

PowerPoint skills, including knowledge of using master layouts.

Desired:

Must be willing to occasionally travel between CACI offices in Virginia and Maryland as needed

CI or Full Scope Polygraph

Experience with creating imagery using Chat GPT 4.0 and Adobe Generative AI (Firefly).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
