One of our clients in Los Angeles is looking for a Marketing Product Manager (Analyst, Streaming platform Operations) with the following skills and experience:

Overview: Seeking a versatile and technically adept Analyst, Platform Operations - Technical BA to join our Marketing Operations team. This role will play a critical part in supporting and advancing key marketing data capabilities, particularly around audience segmentation and data quality, to drive strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with global marketers, data analysts, and engineers to support the operational backbone of a leading streaming service. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with lifecycle marketing, data analytics, and engineering teams to translate marketing strategies into clear, actionable workflows and data solutions. Document requirements, data attributes, and schemas with attention to technical detail to facilitate successful project outcomes. Continue Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary conduit between internal marketing teams and product management or technical vendor teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and understood across departments. Data Quality Management: Lead data quality improvement initiatives by driving process enhancements, establishing automated audits, and documenting findings. Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies to maintain data integrity. Project Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate cross-functional work streams, managing dependencies, identifying obstacles, and tracking progress. Support sprint ceremonies and provide regular status updates to stake Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical specifications, knowledge base articles, and process documentation to provide scalable support for marketing data workflows. Testing & Validation: Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure data capabilities and workflows meet the defined requirements. Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare reports and maintain status documentation on internal processes, aiming for continuous improvement of marketing operations initiatives. Basic Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably within a digital agency or subscription services environment. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and data lifecycle management. Basic understanding of data schemas, experimental best practices, and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) Communication & Problem Solving: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Able to manage multiple priorities with a consultative, solution-oriented approach. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional teams, bringing clarity and organization to complex workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in subscription-based services or data-driven marketing. Familiarity with product management principles, including experience in creating user stories and managing project deliverables. Flexibility to adapt to quick changes and support various team members within a fast-paced, iterative environment.
