Position Description
We're looking for a full-time, staffMarketing Campaign Managerto join our Yoh team.
As the Marketing Campaign Manager, here's the work you'll do: Develop digital marketing campaigns, with channel-specific content tailored to engage and target customers that drives qualified leads and customer acquisition. Research market trends, data, locations, industries and opportunities to expand internal customer database to support campaign creation and the lead nurturing process through the sales and marketing funnels. Leverage technology to manage the qualification and distribution of leads to the Sales teams. Manage the reporting and analytics of MQLs, Opportunities and Wins, for monthly analysis and quarterly reviews. Create compelling content that leverages our go to market strategy and that drives thought leadership and customer acquisition.
This role is for you if you have these skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management. Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact successfully with leadership and sales teams Strong project management skills, organized and self-motivated Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze data and derive insights for actionable results.
And if you have these qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field 3-5 Years of Marketing experience Staffing industry experience preferred Must possess an understanding of Microsoft 365, HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager and Salesforce. Great attitude and team player. Successful completion of background screening process.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $79,040 - $118,560. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
