The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and implementing the US brand strategy for the company's hematology products, with a focus on the market-leading BTK inhibitor. This role is pivotal in leading the US hematology marketing strategy, including strategic brand planning, customer segmentation, and competitive and launch readiness. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' of pharmaceutical industry marketing experience, with at least 8-10 years' in oncology, and a strong background in heme malignancies. Key responsibilities include collaborating across the organization to maintain the brand plan, effectively communicating brand strategies, and establishing close relationships with sales leadership. The role also involves partnering with business analytics, global marketing teams, and coaching and developing team members. The position requires a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
