This position would be based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. This internship will be for approximately 3 month working 20-40 hours per week. Hours can be based upon the availability of the candidate.Position Summary:As a Marketing Intern, you will play an important role in reviewing, tagging, and validating assets within CAS' digital asset management tool. Your work will directly contribute to the Marketing Digital and Creative team's efforts, as well as the Marketing Technology team, ensuring alignment of project progress and accuracy. You will also actively engage with stakeholders, reporting findings and results of the efforts related to the accuracy of the classification and tagging work.Job Accountabilities:Adhere to strict protocols related to the classification and tagging of assetsDetailed and accurate tagging of marketing assets centered around established processes around nomenclature.Provide results and status updates weekly on the progress of project activitiesUpdate documentation as needed based on findings of efforts going through the asset libraryConnect across the organization through the internship to build influential working relationships, preparing for a future careerStay abreast of the latest Marketing trends through individual and team training opportunities

Qualifications:Pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related discipline.Problem-solving: the ability to take challenges and break them down to create and implement actionable plans forward.Data Accuracy: Experience creating, updating, and/ or editing marketing assets or collateral and experience using digital marketing tools, such as a Digital Asset Management tool, is a plus.Time Management: Ability to prioritize and arrange tasks effectively when working on projects.Multi-tasking: Manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and without compromising focus.Attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Ability to adhere to provided protocols while having the ability to adjust as needed to change.Must be a self-starter and have a strong sense of time management while multi-tasking during different periods of project involvement.Experience using digital marketing tools such as a Digital Asset Management tool is a plus.Experience creating, updating, and/ or editing marketing assets or collateral is a plus.Highly developed collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex situations into understandable findings and actionable recommendations for business partners and leaders.
