Description
The Expeditor position is all important and key to providing excellence in operation. You are the central hub of communication between the kitchen and servers. This is a tipped position where you can make upwards of $20 per hour!
Responsibilities
Ensure that kitchen orders have been properly prepared by kitchen. Add any necessary garnishes or condiments to the dish. Deliver the prepared and finalized plates to the guest's table. Understand pivot point positions, table numbers as to not auction food during delivery process. Understands the company policy on dealing with guest preference and allergies. Communicate with kitchen on meal timing. Communicate with servers during guest's visit. Responsible for keeping things flowing and getting orders delivered to tables as quickly as possible. Be constantly aware of factors such as food safety and temperature that is being delivered to guests. Responsible for managing guest requests at the table quickly and with a smile. Perks of the job

Requirements
Minimum (2) years of restaurant experience. Must possess general knowledge of all phases of full-service dining and food and beverage service procedures. Must be able to read and comprehend English to read tickets. Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the restaurant. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, restaurant environment and effectively deal with customers, management, and employees in all situations.
