What You'll Bring:As a member of the Insurance Market Development team, you will manage go-to-market projects encompassing external messaging and positioning of our insurance solutions to our B2B customers, while also driving internal awareness through sales enablement and trainings. You'll have an opportunity to own projects from conception to completion, work across functional areas of our insurance business, and execute on impactful, high-exposure projects.BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of demonstrated skills in product marketing, product management, sales enablement or market research roles with a B2B focusExcellent project management and organizational skills with ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience and success in developing high-performing sales engagement content and programs to ensure salesforce effectivenessAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with aptitude to learn and adapt quicklyExceptional content development skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts in a compelling and logical wayExcellent communication and public speaking skills with ability to communicate across all levels of an organizationExperience working across functional areas of a business, including but not limited to Product Management, Strategy, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, etc.Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including exceptional PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to tell a story visuallyWe'd love to see:Intermediate data analysis skills (i.e. transforming raw data into descriptive/summary charts or exhibits) is idealExperience working in the insurance or financial services industries preferredImpact You'll Make:Establish yourself as an expert in the value proposition of all solutions sold into the insurance market, solution line categories include marketing, risk and underwriting, fraud, contact center, claims investigations, cyber, and advanced analyticsServe as the go-to-market lead, managing projects that support in-market solutions and newly developed solutions, forming a cross-functional team of partners to establish product messaging and positioning that addresses our customers' biggest challenges and differentiates TransUnion in the highly competitive insurance solutions marketDrive customer engagement through active sales enablement by developing both internal and external sales tools that support the selling process, including customer presentations, sales training, product sheets, case studies, etc.Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management partners across the matrix to translate global solutions messaging into our local insurance market identifying insurance-specific value prop and use casesProvide product positioning support to Corporate Marketing CommunicationsEstablish working relationships with key stakeholder teams, including but not limited to, Product Marketing, Product Management, Market Planning, Marketing Communications, and SalesEstablish and track key performance indicators to measure go-to-market success and sales enablement effectiveness#LI-TE1This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
