The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the strategy and execution of visual merchandising for the Huda Beauty in the Americas region. This person will drive the creation of innovative new Retail Concepts/Formats, delivering best in class designs that transcend traditional design solutions and create high visual impact at point of sale. The candidate will lead and manage the visual merchandising end to end project lifecycle, and partner with internal, external and global teams to ensure successful, on-time, on-quality delivery. This role will report into the VP Marketing of the Americas.Lead the ideation, design, presentation and execution of innovative retail experiences that support overall brand strategy, storytelling, and business objectives.Identify & propose new technologies, vendors and advancements to enhance consumer experience and showcase best in class design. Identify and engage new vendors, agencies, manufacturers, and contractors, where appropriate, to broaden VM capabilities.Own and manage end to end project lifecycle, navigating a high degree of detail and complexity while aligning key stakeholders to ultimately translate vision into reality.Serve as key VM point of contact for internal/global teams, external vendors and retailers. Effectively partners to ensure on- strategy, on-time, on-quality delivery.Establish visual merchandising best practices, and compelling design solutions for the environment. Adapt global VM brand guidelines for the Americas region.Strive to uphold the highest degree of quality and consistency.Manage Americas Visual Merchandising budget, reporting and trackingProjects include but are not limited to:o
Annual plan and budget development and executiono
Complete permanent and temporary store fit management and facilitationo
New product launch management and facilitation across all storeso
Merchandising in-store + In-store POS across all storeso
Track and report monthly VM productivity and opportunities for improvemento
Submit and track vendor POs for payment.Requirements5+ years of related experience in makeup is essential.Mastery of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering (SketchUp, 3D Max or similar a plus).Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Highly organized & proactive leader adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.Strong financial fluency; can effectively manage and track budgets and identify cost savings/efficienciesProduction knowledge for physical projects, including materials, manufacturing, and installation.Strong knowledge of competitive landscape, technological advancements, and trends.Ability to challenge standard practices and cultivate VM “newness.”Demonstrates agility and flexibility.Partners cross functionally, internally and externally, to gain commitment, agreement, and support. Actively builds relationships; creates & sustains environment of trust and collaboration.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated critical-thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skillsStrong project management skills and understanding of available project management tools. Ability to develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including the ability to organize and track task and dependencies across multiple projects.
