As the Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing advertising campaigns that will drive brand awareness and increase sales. Your main goal will be to attract and engage potential customers through various advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement advertising strategies that align with company goals and objectives

- Conduct market research to identify target audience and their preferences

- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms such as social media, print media, and digital media

- Constantly monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, making necessary adjustments for optimal results

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesion and consistency in brand messaging and visuals

- Develop creative concepts for ads and work with graphic designers to bring them to life

- Negotiate advertising budgets and contracts with media outlets

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for advertising and marketing

- Provide regular reports on advertising campaign performance to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

- Proven experience (8 years) in advertising, preferably in a similar role

- Strong understanding of advertising principles and techniques

- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: $24,000 to $38,000 yearly
