Job Description
The onsite AV will be skilled and able to deliver both onsite/remote event delivery, audio-visual support, and system checks. They will work closely with the central services team to ensure incident resolution, asset inventory information, and support requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The AV Event Tech’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Set up and operate the clients-supplied infrastructure, equipment, and applications in dedicated live event spaces and meeting rooms to deliver live events
• Ensure operational availability of allocated event spaces and meeting rooms, carrying out all regular and pre-event equipment checks
• Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly
• Demonstrate Self Service AV and VC Capabilities to end users wherever possible
• Assist with support for video/audio conferencing problems. Investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify them.
• Advise clients on best practice
This is a full-time position, M-F onsite, in a corporate setting.
