The purpose of the Hospitality Department is to enhance CCV's ability to be a destination point for the unchurched, promote fellowship for attendees, and to support the staff in growing their ministries in the aspects of making people feel comfortable while on our campus. The purpose of this position is to facilitate the campus event needs and housekeeping functions within the Ministry Support Department of CCV.

Job Description

The Broadcast Production Manager works in collaboration with the Lead Production Manager, Peoria Campus Team and Central Broadcast Production Team to support all aspects of live production at the Peoria Broadcast campus. This includes supporting weekend services for Adults and Students, managing live production environments, programming, and operating live production systems, volunteer management, scheduling, system maintenance, event support, inventory management, and various Broadcast Campus team projects. This person is a team builder and team player who is willing to step into multiple Production skill sets with excellence and dedication to the local church.

Essential Job Functions
  • Fundamental knowledge in managing and programming AVL systems across the Broadcast campus venues.
  • Collaboration and communication with the Peoria campus event coordinators on AVL setup, execution, and support for Broadcast weekly/weekend campus events and memorials.
  • Work alongside the Lead Production Manager and Video Director in volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, 1:1 pastoral investment and development for Students/Adults experiences and campus events.
  • Work with the Broadcast Production Team to coordinate and execute set changes.
  • Maintain campus AVL inventory and support maintenance schedules in collaboration with the Broadcast Production team.
  • Support the Broadcast Campus and team in coverage including:
    • Adult Weekend, Junior High and High School Service coverage: (Service Manager, Director, Shader, Audio Engineer, CCV Live, Video Engineer, Lighting)

Experience & Working Conditions
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required
  • Experience working in a live production environment
  • Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems, including but not limited to - Avid, Yamaha, GrandMA, ProPresenter, Resolume, video switchers
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Standing for long periods of time
