We rise above industry standards when every associate embraces their unique role and seizes the opportunity to make an impact.As a Floating Assistant Community Manager with Bell, you will assist the Community Manager with training, the financial administration of the community, and, in some cases, oversight of the leasing staff on a day-to-day basis. This position is responsible for supporting the Leasing Consultant in the leasing of apartments, ensuring that Fair Housing guidelines are followed, verifying potential resident applications, and leasing apartments if necessary.The Floating Assistant Community Manager may assist at one or more properties in the local are as needed.
