$68,640-$114,400 USD

Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Product Managers to utilize the Early Adopter Community as a platform to host early releases of products, licenses and documentation for controlled customer access and engagement
- Manage and execute program-related tasks, such as establishing product programs, administering user access, and addressing inquiries and feedback from participants
- Identify opportunities within the global Esri organization to facilitate continuous growth and participation in the Early Adopter Community
- Apply domain expertise to assess and implement refinements that amplify both the effectiveness and satisfaction of participating in the Early Adopter Community
- Implement program surveys, analyze community response data, and glean insights to refine and progress the program
- Keep current with technological developments, applying this knowledge to improve processes and tools to enhance stakeholder experience
- Guide and train team members and staff within the division to meet the demands and objectives of the program
Requirements
- 2+ year of experience as a program manager, product manager, business operations manager, or similar capacity
- Knowledgeable about software products, including development plans, lifecycles, and licensing
- Strong both in verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
- Proficient in planning, problem-solving, and organizing tasks
- Willingness to travel 10-20% for meetings, events, or tradeshows
- Bachelor's in business, GIS, or a related field
