Digital Community Manager (remote globally) Job at i1x Venture Studio in Austin

Looking for an exceptional Community Manager to build something special at i1x!

We're building a multilingual community ecosystem spanning Facebook, Discord, LinkedIn and Skool, focused on B2B growth, marketing automation, and tech talent.

The ideal person:

• Has proven experience growing and managing large online communities
• Speaks native English (Hungarian and Russian is a big plus but not required)
• Understands B2B, especially marketing automation, SaaS, and agency spaces
• Can juggle content calendars, engagement strategies, and community dynamics across multiple platforms
• Has a keen eye for spotting trends and opportunities within community interactions
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll help shape our community vision

You'll own our entire community strategy - from content planning to growth metrics, member satisfaction to business impact. If you love building engaged communities and get excited about B2B tech, we should talk.

This is a remote role, but requires flexibility to engage with members across different time zones.
