About the Role:

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Rover, a leading construction company in Crest, CST. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community. Your major end result will be to ensure that our residents have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living experience. You will be a key player in maintaining high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in property management or related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Community Manager in managing the community's daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Assist in leasing apartments and maintaining high occupancy rates
• Coordinate and participate in resident events and activities
• Ensure that the community is clean, well-maintained, and safe

Skills:

As an Assistant Community Manager, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with residents and prospects on a daily basis. You will also use your organizational and time management skills to assist in managing the community's operations and coordinating events. Additionally, your proficiency in property management software and ability to speak Spanish will be beneficial in this role. Overall, your skills will be crucial in ensuring that our residents have a positive living experience and that our community maintains high occupancy rates.
