Innovative Home Renovations (IHR) is a design-build remodeling firm based in Northeast Seattle that enables homeowners to achieve dream transformations while being empowered, educated, and in-control. Our highly skilled team delivers projects with superior quality on a set schedule, for a fixed price.
Our team is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Brand & Community Partnerships on a part-time basis. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance the perception of IHR and drive brand awareness in the Northeast Seattle community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cross-channel marketing plan to establish and promote the IHR brand in Northeast Seattle, with clear, measurable deliverables.
- Own strategic planning of all digital and physical marketing vehicles, collaborating with the Marketing Content Creator to develop social media campaigns, website CTA’s and lead gen assets, physical advertising campaigns, etc.
- Manage the overall brand image and messaging, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and target audience
- Lead the charge in local community involvement, partnerships, and events, such as booths, sponsorships, and hosting opportunities. Specific opportunities will include organizing IHR’s involvement in the Seattle Remodeled Homes Tour and creating the Intro to Remodeling class from the ground up.
- Own the marketing budget, allocating funds to initiatives that while have the highest ROI and long-term benefits
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful local marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital and physical marketing channels and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing and maximizing budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
