The ideal candidate will possess proven experience working with OpenText AppWorks, Content Server, Directory Services, and Rhapsody in a federal healthcare environment. The incumbent must have previous experience working with Agile methodologies and possess excellent communication skills as they will be working with government personnel and project leadership to meet key milestones and deadlines.Responsibilities:Utilizes OpenText AppWorks / Content Server Administration and Rhapsody software to develop and design infrastructure and administration solutions in a healthcare environment.Assists in planning and executing new implementations or upgrades to improve operational efficiency of FDA systems.Explains technical concepts and solutions to information technology personnel, management, and government personnel in an easy-to-understand manner.Provides technical expertise in automating, managing, and maintaining business processes.Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.Excellent oral and written communication skills.3+ years of experience working with PowerShell or equivalent scripting/programming languages.1+ years of experience working with OpenText Content Server and AppWorks.Experience in the FDA environment is highly desired.Experience with AWS GovCloud implementations of OpenText AppWorks, Content Server, and OTDS a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
