Role Description As a Creator Management Strategist, you will work closely with an Account Strategist on 3-6 brands and take full ownership of managing relationships with hundreds of creators at once, ensuring high-quality content for your brands’ TikTok Shop. We're seeking individuals with a high level of agency who thrive under immense autonomy and are ready to strategize and refine new approaches. You'll be responsible for finding creators who are a good fit for your brands and building a strong community of creators. A strong passion for growth hacking, the future of social commerce, influencer marketing, and TikTok Shop, along with a strong work ethic, is essential. Given that social commerce is an emerging industry, you will enjoy this role if you’re ready for a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment and have previously started or worked at a startup, and are interested in influencer marketing, starting a brand, growth hacking, and brand strategy. You will have the opportunity to work closely and learn from our other teams and will also be given the autonomy to work on independent projects aligned with your personal goals. Qualifications High agency: You excel at navigating work independently and are eager to step beyond your comfort zone to learn. You thrive on intellectual challenges and rapidly implementing strategic initiatives. Your main responsibility is to drive your brands’ success and exponential GMV growth by finding the best creators. Grit: We’re looking for individuals with grit and a go-getter mentality who have experience scaling independent projects, startups, and side hustles. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze creator data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize clients’ performance. This involves doing deep dives on creator performance, researching trends, creating high-converting content guidelines, and comparing results to refine strategies. Adaptability and Initiative: Given the recent growth of TikTok Shop, the platform and strategies can change weekly. Therefore, our work environment is dynamic and can change rapidly. You'll assist in creating and refining strategies and work on a number of independent projects to help grow the business. Your ability to learn quickly and innovate is crucial to shaping the future of social commerce. Strong Communication Skills: Clear and prompt communication with creators, team members, and clients is essential. You will act as the main liaison for Spotlight Media and maintain a strong relationship with creators. Passion for influencer marketing: You will be working with hundreds of creators and helping them make high-quality content. In order to excel, you need to have a deep passion for social media and influencer marketing. Previous experience in content creation, branding, and social media platforms is a plus. Ownership and leadership: As the Creator Management Strategist, you will be responsible for working with hundreds of creators at once and you will need to work on new strategies to optimize your work. You should be a go-getter and ready to dive into new opportunities. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary and total compensation will vary based on performance and growth within the company.
