* Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities and may be required to perform Services Acquisition Decision Authority and Services Acquisition Lead roles as mission dictates* Represents the 96 MXG with a variety of installation and functional area organizations (DoN, DoA, HQ AFMC, ACC, and AFSOC, USSOCOM, USCENTCOM etc.)* Ensures 96th Test Wing, AFTC and AFMC flying maintenance program standards are met or exceeded and identifies adverse trends affecting the aircraft fleet, munitions testing and logistics support; directs actions to solve/resolve problem* Lead civilian for a civil service workforce exceeding 150 employees; ensures compliance with Office of Personnel Management (OMP) guidance

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management positions located https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03 or equivalent to the next lower grade GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experiences is comprehensive and detailed knowledge of aircraft maintenance functions, ability to analyze,m plan and adjust work operations of the unit.
1. Knowledge of the applicable logistics management principles, concepts, policies, and laws; logistics functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve logistics problems; and all aspects of life cycle integrated logistics support.
2. Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.
3. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.
4. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options.
5. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
6. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
