The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with prior professional editing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consulting industry. They should exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions independently. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, the candidate is energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. Comfort in interacting with high-level executives and being a team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm is essential. A resourceful, can-do attitude is a must, along with a passion for delivering high-quality, error-free work.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Edit and Proofread: Review and refine slide decks, reports, proposals, and other client-facing documents for clarity, grammar, and adherence to company standards.Maintain Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all materials.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with consultants, subject matter experts, and graphic designers to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.Quality Assurance: Verify information and data accuracy in all documents.Content Enhancement: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of communication materials.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, terminology, and best practices in pharmaceutical communications.Manage Deadlines: Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.Skillset and Background:
Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional editing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consulting industry.Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language, with strong grammar and proofreading skills.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with content management systems.Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.Knowledge Base: Understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and regulatory guidelines is highly desirable.How to Apply:
