We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own the paid media for Everlywell across paid search, display, and expansion ppc channels. You'll join a team of passionate and mission-driven marketers striving to make lab testing accessible for everyone. This role reports to the Head of Growth and will partner closely with members of the acquisition and product team.
What You'll Do:
Own end to end management of multiple ppc channels: paid search, display, and test channels.Maintain ongoing measurement of channel level KPIs and report on performance daily, weekly and quarterly.Deploy best in class Google Ads practices across PMAX, Shopping, and Search ads.Begin to scale local search ad campaigns for our growing in-person testing option.Create and drive campaigns leveraging rules based automation to scale and evolve the existing robust program.Consistently facilitate detailed audience segmentations and/or keyword research to inform bid strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders through deep understanding of our customers.Define experiments to iterate and enhance the status quo.Partner internally with analyst to drive data insights and action on key learnings.Manage reporting exercises that leverage first and third party data insights to enhance persona building and media consumption behaviors for first and repeat purchases.Who You Are:
8 years experience in digital media (search and other ppc channels) campaign management with recent direct to consumer or relevant agency experience.Proven campaign management with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets.You are technical, analytical, and empathetic to the customer's wants and needs.Proven track record of delivering impact through through paid digital channels to grow consumer sales.Strong handle of evolving trends in search including PMAX deployment and AI driven marketing.Strong analytical skills, with prior experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Search, Google Analytics, DMP platform management, etc.) to inform tactical decisions and strategy.Bonus: knowledge of affiliate channels and SEO experience.Bonus: previous experience in health tech.Strong communicator both up and down.Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
This salary range for this position is $110,000 - $142,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location (ATX or NYC) and internal equity. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus, health, dental, vision & mental health insurance, 401(k) with company match, Flexible PTO, a monthly $100 wellness stipend and various other perks.
