Founding Product Designer

Who We Are

At Serval, we're building a next generation IT support and automation platform.

We're on a mission to create the copilot for IT teams, taking on a massive IT Service Management market dominated by legacy players like ServiceNow ($250 bn market cap) and Atlassian ($50 bn market cap). IT departments today face a barrage of tedious tasks like employee onboarding, offboarding, software access management, and device troubleshooting. We're automating these processes and taking work off of IT teams' plates with a natural language workflow builder. Long term, our vision extends to developing a universal workflow automation platform that empowers all business functions to automate manual workflows.

Serval was founded by product and engineering leaders from Verkada and is backed by industry-leading investors.
