We're a team of builders and craftspeople who move fast, take risks, and obsess over user experience. we're looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer who can turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
The Opportunity
This isn't your typical design role. As one of our early design hires, you'll shape our entire product experience from the ground up. We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and isn't afraid to throw out the rulebook to create something better. We believe great design starts with understanding our users, but also requires vision and craft. You'll balance user feedback with innovation, working directly with our VP of Product and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to bring your designs to life.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end design process from research and ideation to pixel-perfect implementationCreate and maintain our design system, setting the foundation for a scalable productRun user research sessions and rapid prototyping to validate design decisionsDesign beautiful, intuitive interfaces that solve real user problemsPartner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and smooth hand-offChampion user-centered design across the organizationMentor other designers and elevate our design cultureWhat We're Looking For
3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio of shipped productsBuilder mentality: you prototype rapidly and have side projects that showcase your creativitySystems thinker who can create scalable design frameworksStrong eye for visual design and attention to detailExperience with user research and data-informed design decisionsProblem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStartup experience is a plus, but we value creators from any backgroundRequired Skills
Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, etc.)Experience designing responsive web applicationsStrong interaction design and prototyping abilitiesUnderstanding of front-end development principlesAbility to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedbackExperience with design systems and component librariesBasic understanding of accessibility standardsCompensation
Total compensation package of $130,000-$155,000. The salary and compensation within this range is based on relevant work experience and qualifications.Stock equityBenefits

The pay range for this role is:
