Position Summary:
Excel Sports Management is seeking a Coordinator, Brand Marketing to support the collective work of the Brand Marketing team, which includes advising a key corporate client on their sponsorship and sports marketing investments, with a focus on sports and entertainment talent partnerships. This role will provide key administrative, strategy, and activation support across a portfolio of partnerships.
Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day management of Excel's Brand Marketing client's sponsorship activation and marketing initiatives, with a focus on talent/influencer strategy, acquisition and managementBuild and maintain positive client relationships that result in enhanced partnerships and increased opportunities for ExcelFacilitate and support the daily client interaction across brand, property and agency partners to support the sponsorship function and associated programmingSupport the development of creative platforms and new consumer engagement activations across current and future client sponsorship opportunitiesCoordinate client-vendor relationships and necessary activation deliverables on behalf of clientsSupport and facilitate talent/influencer relationships and ensures successful fulfillment of contractual obligations via agent/representationCreate activation briefs, recaps, event itineraries/ROS and production/staff plansPlan client status calls which include scheduling, preparing agendas, and creating/maintaining status documentsWork with the team to develop integrated marketing and activation recommendations and plans (social, digital, traditional media, experiential, PR, events, etc.)Support the Brand Marketing team by reconciling budgets and providing on-going client updatesSupport teammates to ensure flawless client-service and a second-to-none agency experienceConduct research, analysis and provide recommendations in an effort to gain greater knowledge of our industryAttend and participate in staff events which may include some nights and weekendsAll other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required1-2 years of experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, brand marketing strategy, or other relevant industry experience; activation at a brand, property or agency preferredExperience with talent or influencer marketing strategies and activations a plusKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
