Overview

The Trade Marketing Multicultural Manager plays a pivotal role in creating consumer impressions within the multi-cultural demographic through customer and consumer engagement. This individual is responsible for the creation and implementation of supplier programming based on market insights combined with National Marketing Platforms. This individual will participate in program creation, presentation to accounts and driving activations within the community. This individual will serve to deliver critical business outcomes and provide a single point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders for trade marketing activity.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with Director of Trade Marketing, manage marketing programs, identifying brand optimization.Creating and implementing new programming within multi-cultural accounts.Requires 4-6 times a month in market, seeing customers and driving activations.Work withs, in conjunction with salesforce to have a better understanding/relationship with customers in community.Content for experiential programmingSend out monthly to salesforce.Attend/participate in Trade Marketing/Supplier run festivals, events and activations.Collect social media content, menu placement, featured cocktails.Manage all aspects of program: performance measurement, general KPI's and recap monthly.Qualifications

College Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 Years of experience in Beverage AlcoholTrade Marketing experience is requiredBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferredExperience with ROI AnalysisMust be able to multitaskImplementation and accountability of processMust be creative, strategic thinking, and have excellent interpersonal skills
