Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (flexible hours negotiable)
• Weekends Off

Your Role:

• Be the trusted right-hand to the content creator for both personal and business matters.
• Masterfully manage a packed schedule: appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
• Coordinate and oversee the remote team of editors and creatives.
• Edit photos and videos (as needed) using Final Cut Pro and Photoshop to ensure content meets the creator's vision.
• Stay ahead of trends in social media algorithms and best practices to maximize engagement.
• Draft professional, compelling communications for sponsors, collaborators, and business contacts.
• Strategize with the creator to elevate their content and expand their reach.

What You Bring:

• Travel-readiness: MUST BE ABLE to go on domestic and international trips (with expenses covered).
• Flexible schedule: Last minute trips, able to work late or early when needed.
• Experience: Prior personal assistant or similar role experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and Photoshop a plus.
• Organizational Mastery: Expert in managing schedules, multitasking, and staying cool under pressure.
• Communication Excellence: You’ll represent the creator professionally and thoughtfully.
• Social Media Expertise: Up-to-date with trends and tools to ensure the creator’s content thrives.
• Professionalism: Handle sensitive information discreetly.
