We are looking for a creative and driven individual to help our Video Team make big impressions with video assets. The Video Production Coordinator is responsible for planning and organizing in-studio and traveling video projects for Advisors Excel and its clients. This position will coordinate video team projects to create a seamless experience for clients who book video and photography with AE Creative.
What you'll do:
Create video project schedules and timelines in our creative management software to ensure we meet client deadlinesLead daily video team meetings to track progress of active projects, address past due tasks and prioritize needs based on urgency and staffingReview and maintain all advisor projects to ensure all deadlines are met by video producersFacilitate pre-production, consultation and post-production delivery of video projectsOrganize each client's in-studio video experience including personal touches during day of shoot, travel and communication between AE and the clientCollaborate with the Video and Creative Teams on all Advisors Excel video projects: preparing props, setting shoot schedules, coordinating talent and creating/maintaining a budget for each projectResearch and stay current with market trends in video production and digital mediaExperience you'll bring:
Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing prioritiesProfessional and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types and all levels of staffResourceful in solving problems and maximizing resourcesAble to be assertive; hold others accountable to deadlines and established expectations in a professional wayBonus Points:
