About the Role:The Sales Enablement Content Developer is responsible for working alongside key stakeholders to develop and deliver effective content for the sales organization.
This role will consist of working with sales, marketing, product, and other business units to provide a consistent experience for our sellers and ensure we're delivering necessary proactive training, coupled with critical just-in-time sales resources.
What You’ll Do:Partner with Field Enablement and all go to market teams to develop and design content in support of our GTM movements.
Build and influence content strategy across multiple pillars of the business and GTM teams.
Design and create professional, engaging, and informative enablement presentations, collateral, scripts, supporting assets and one-sheeters, standardized and tailored for sellers by role.
Utilize creative skills to design visually appealing presentations, infographics, newsletters, and other sales enablement materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and graphics to increase engagement and learning retention, while enhancing the learning experience.
Build and edit video presentations and online learning while maintaining brand governance and standards.
Evaluate and update existing content to reflect current brand standards and improve effectiveness.
Measure, track, and report effectiveness of content and evolve as needed in collaboration with Content Lead.
Partner with leadership to tailor and update existing content for various sales roles and segments.
Manage and organize content within the LMS/CMS to ensure materials are up to date.
What You’ll Need:2+ years SaaS sales experience
3+ years in Content Design
Understanding of sales process, customer lifecycles, and various qualification (MEDDPICC) and sales methodologies (Force Management, Sandler, etc.)
Experience in direct sales or enablement content creation for cybersecurity companies
Proven experience in content design and creation (presentations, internal supporting assets, training plans, etc.) in a sales enablement or training role.
Experience with instructional design and an ability to design content for multiple purposes and a variety of modalities (in-person, virtual, on-line coursework/asynchronous learning, etc.).
Full understanding of content strategy and operations, visual communications.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.) video editing (Camtasia).
Experience with L&D and content management software (Litmos, Highspot,
Articulate Rise 360, Seismic, Allego, etc.) and manage content lifecycle through tooling.
A willingness to stay up to date with emerging technologies in the L&D and Content management space.
Ability to think strategically and align content creation efforts with broader enablement goals and organizational objectives i.e. understanding the sales process, buyer journey, target audience, and content delivery tools.
Ability to collaborate and influence cross functional teams and business units, including but not limited to Field Enablement, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering and Sales Leaders.
Program and project management skills, an ability to work independently and manage multiple projects independently while maintaining target dates and deliverables.
Highly organized, accurate, detail oriented, and proactive.
Ability to synchronize and templatize effective trainings and content for scale and efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts, craft persuasive messaging and copy.
Ability to leverage available tooling to measure effectiveness and impact of content, and adapt accordingly.
