Marketing & Sales Enablement Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing team and foster a strong, collaborative relationship between marketing and sales. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies that support sales initiatives, drive business growth, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. You will work closely with the sales leader to provide ongoing support, ensure effective communication, and optimize marketing resources to help the sales team succeed. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving company growth by bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring both teams work in unison to achieve common goals.

How You Will Contribute

Design, implement, and continuously refine a sales operations framework aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team through the strategic use of systems, tools, and resources. This includes enhancing the utilization of the CRM system and other sales enablement tools, ensuring they support the sales team's efforts and improve overall performance.Lead and manage collaborative meetings with producers, driving alignment and collaboration within the sales team to identify opportunities, address challenges, and execute high-priority initiatives.Work closely with the Sales Leader to maximize their time and impact, providing strategic insights, operational support, and tactical resources that enable efficient sales execution.Oversee and guide the marketing team in managing both new business acquisition and the retention/renewal process, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with sales objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with carrier partners, ensuring alignment on strategic goals, marketing initiatives, and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.Manage and optimize profit-sharing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering results that positively impact the team.Promote and maintain a collaborative environment between marketing, commercial lines and sales teams, ensuring clear communication, shared goals, and effective execution of joint initiatives to drive revenue and business performance.Collaborate with PCL to recruit top talent for Marketing and Sales Enablement roles, ensuring sufficient team capacity, while also supporting new hires through comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development to driveLicenses and Certifications:

Property and Casualty Insurance License; Life & Health License (within first 6 months of employment)Skills & Experience to Be Successful

High School diploma or GEDProficient with MS Office SuiteExceptional telephone demeanor, writing proficiency, and relationship building skillsAssociate or bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline (preferred)Insurance designations#LI-HO1
