Job Description
Rowe Plastic Surgery is looking for a Medical Practice Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join the team! Applicants must be passionate about creating powerful photo & video content, and managing social media pages. The main objective of this role is to produce content that will help attract new patients to the practice, as well ensure all DMs and comments are getting responded to in a very timely manner. A very exciting part of this role is filming live procedures in the operating room on a weekly basis! Applicants should be comfortable being in a surgery setting. Rowe Plastic Surgery is looking for a creative person who has experience producing high quality videos and photos on a smart phone. Additionally, applicants should have experience managing and growing social media pages organically.

- patient before/after photos
- live surgery educational videos
- patient testimonials / success stories
- surgeon & staff interviews
Below is an example of a weekly schedule for this position:
Monday: Manhattan office day - (capturing in office photos/videos + scheduling all new content posts for the week)
Tuesday: Live procedure filming in NJ operating room (capturing the the surgical team in action)
Wednesday: Manhattan office day - (capturing in office photos/videos, editing new videos/photos, responding to DMs and comments)
Thursday: Live procedure filming in NJ operating room (capturing the the surgical team in action)
Friday: Manhattan office day - (assist with scheduling new patients, editing new videos/photos, responding to DMs and comments)
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media content strategies and posting calendars
- Develop contest / give-away strategies to help attract new page followers
- Capture & edit high quality photos/videos of patients receiving non-surgical procedures in the office
- Capture & edit high quality photos/videos of the surgeons delivering high quality patient care in the operating room
- Film & edit patient testimonial videos
- Film & edit provider educational videos
- Respond to all DMs and comments on posts
Qualifications (experience in healthcare is recommended but not required):
- Experience managing business pages on the following platforms: Facebook , Instagram, TikTok
- Experience capturing & editing high quality videos / photos for social media pages
- Proven track record of growing social media followers organically
- Strong communication skills for directing patients and providers during photo/video shoots
