Seeking a marketing assistant to join the Marketing Department in our New Jersey Office.
This position will report to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer.
Duties include:General support for the day-to-day marketing projects for the firm’s five offices.Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Organize and maintain marketing files, documents, and records.Assist in maintaining marketing databases, including client lists, contact information, and mailing lists.Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support effective marketing campaigns and client communications.Support the planning and execution of firm events, seminars, webinars, and conferences.Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, RSVP management, and material preparation.Research and tracking for all charitable requests. Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments within the firm, as well as external vendors and partners.Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and priorities.Assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and website updates.Help monitor and track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide reports as needed.Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demographics to support marketing strategies and decision-making.Compile findings into reports and presentations for the marketing team.Posting of all blog entries in a timely manner.General inventory ordering/tracking for brochures, business cards and marketing collateral.General administrative duties including invoice payment. Assist with special projects when requested including events.College Degree. Preferably a major/minor in marketing, communications, English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in all social media outlets, including but not limited to, X, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram, ability to work independently and as a team, ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively, high level of attention to detail, must be comfortable completing projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, intelligence, strong work ethic and high level of professionalism and experience at a professional services firm a plus.We offer a comprehensive starting salary and benefits program.
