The Sales and Marketing Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate and timely sales forecast reports that are often used to provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. This position requires a diligent individual with strong analytical and collaboration skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the Orlando, FL office OR in Queretaro, MX and 2 days remote!
How You'll Make an ImpactSales Forecasting: Develop and maintain monthly and annual sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Business Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.Future Market Analysis: Support the develop of future market analysis for the business based on trends, patterns and opportunities for growth.Reporting: Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather data and ensure alignment on business objectives.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sales and marketing activities.Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business needsWhat You BringBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or similar degree required.8+ years of experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or similar field/industry is required; 8+ years of experience in the power and energy industry, is preferred.Candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for a more senior level position.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.Proficiency in written and verbal communication; effective approach in team settings.Results-oriented demeanor with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
