Your role as a Director of Sales and MarketingAs the Director of Sales and Marketing at Christian Care Centers- Allen, your day-to-day expectations will include developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our community. You'll lead a dedicated sales team, fostering a supportive and energetic environment that encourages collaboration. Regularly, you will analyze market trends and client feedback to refine our approach, while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus. You'll also engage in outreach activities, building relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Key responsibilities will involve overseeing promotional campaigns, tracking their effectiveness, and adjusting tactics as necessary to meet sales goals. Additionally, you will conduct team meetings to encourage idea sharing and instill a sense of adventure in your team, ensuring everyone aligns with our core values of empathy and smart thinking.
What you need to be successful
To thrive as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Christian Care Centers- Allen, you will need a robust blend of skills and experience.
A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred.
You should have at least two years of successful experience in sales and marketing, showcasing your ability to drive results.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, are essential.
Public speaking and enthusiasm will help you connect with diverse audiences, while excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships and network with other professionals.
Familiarity with national and state regulations, including ADA and Fair Housing Regulations, is critical. Proficiency in computers is required, including experience with lead management systems and tools like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in Senior Housing, Independent-Style, or Assisted Living will give you an advantage in this role.
