Job Title: AV Technician
Location: Anchorage, AK 99501
Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours. Start time is flexible based on client needs (7AM, 8AM, or 9AM).
Travel: Minimal, local travel between two client-owned buildings in close proximity.

Emergency Support:
The technician must be available to provide 12-hour shifts during emergency situations and be prepared to work onsite at one of the client's Emergency Operations Center (EMOC) locations if required.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Tier 2 AV Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of AV setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Conference Setup & Breakdown: Prepare conference spaces to meet client event requirements, including setup and teardown of equipment.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform maintenance tasks such as testing and repairing cables and AV hardware components to maintain the functionality of customer spaces.
- Equipment Cleaning: Regularly clean AV/UCC equipment, including camera lenses, monitors, and equipment fans.
- Documentation: Accurately document job site activities and support tasks as needed.
- Support Tasks: Execute support tasks in a timely and professional manner, including meeting support, installing connectors, and video/audio recording assistance.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal and external teams in a way that reflects the values of the client.
- Client Training: Provide training to clients on equipment and AV setup as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to local safety standards for all site-related duties.
- System Troubleshooting: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot various audio/video systems.
