About The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a healthy and sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. About the team As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the LIVE Content Analyst will be responsible for driving impactful initiatives to the overall UGC Livestream content ecosystem, and implement insights and findings with cross-functional teams on product iteration, engagement campaigns and education effects. Responsibilities - Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate its quality - Detect and surface looming issues for analyses and discussion with stakeholders - Conduct root cause analyses that identify areas of improvement for content quality - Generate weekly reports and recommendations on content quality - Conduct quality assurance for various project pipelines - Maintain an understanding of TikTok LIVE's policies and community guidelines and identify opportunities to optimize them Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - BS/BA and 1-2 years of experience working in consumer content development, content analysis, content labeling, content quality, or social listening - Strong cultural understanding of live industry and community of variety of conten - Ability to analyze ecosystem quality and make recommendations to key stakeholders on changes and future improvements for the LIVE platform - Ability to pay attention to detail and highlight areas of improvement - Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills - Ability to work independently and deliver the results on time with high quality Preferred Qualifications - Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture - Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends globally - Fluent in English and Spanish to be able to review Spanish content to improve content quality TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
