Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, search engines, etc.) that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and customer success) to drive consistent messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to adjust campaigns and improve performance continuously.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, case studies, webinars, and email newsletters.
- Optimize content for SEO, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education on cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management topics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and regulatory changes to keep content relevant and valuable to our audience.
- Manage and grow InfoSight's social media presence, creating and curating content that drives engagement and positions us as a thought leader.
- Develop campaigns to foster community interaction, grow brand awareness, and support lead generation objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategies and recommend changes as needed.
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Conduct keyword research and use analytics to drive content decisions, improve search rankings, and enhance content reach.
- Track and report on web traffic metrics, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, content engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Use insights from analytics tools to inform strategy and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
- Develop and present monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate progress against marketing objectives.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content strategy, or a similar role, within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media platforms, and content management systems (e.g., Google Analytics and Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience with HTML Website editing
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex cybersecurity topics into accessible content.
- Strong project management skills, with a proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or risk management industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce systems and MailChimp platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GLBA, HIPAA, NERC, PCI-DSS etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of NIST CSF
