OVERVIEW
This opportunity will provide a striving and dynamic work environment that will provide exposure to responsibilities related to supporting our teams in Loyalty, Creative, Design, and Category Management. Candidate will be responsible for facilitating omni-channel digital marketing while being instrumental in enhancing brand awareness to drive program engagement and customer traffic.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Assist with execution and measurement of the Digital Marketing efforts. 2. Create content for multiple channels to include email, SMS, and push notification. 3. Assist and support with Category Management campaign design and build. 4. Optimize quality, relevancy and timeliness of communications while streamlining processes. 5. Partner closely with loyalty team to build a deep understanding of customers and their needs; apply thoughtful campaign strategy to effectively reach them.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education Currently pursuing an Undergraduate Degree with coursework in Marketing or related field of study preferred Experience
Candidates with requirements to fulfill an internship prior to graduation are preferred Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task Resourceful self-starter Excellent customer service skills Licenses/Certifications
