We are currently on the lookout for experienced condominium managers for our CENTRAL and SOUTH Jersey regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CONDO management, maintenance, finance, accounting, law, and insurance. Essential qualities include being personable, approachable, and adept at providing exceptional service even in high-pressure situations, as the ability to handle crises effectively is vital. While familiarity with VANTACA is preferred, knowledge of TOPS will also be valued. Responsibilities

• Daily onsite management of a condominium community
• Conduct board meetings and prepare management reports
• Conduct property inspections
• Respond to homeowner inquiries
• Oversee and/or work with emergency services
• Must be versed in financial management
• Must be knowledgeable of condominium law, local laws, and company policies
• Must be able to maintain a high level of service in the face of pressure situations that require crisis management

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management
• Property Management designation preferred but not mandatory
• Deep understanding of condo law and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with VANTACA preferred
