This role is ideal for someone who wishes to merge their creative vision with strategic insights, significantly influencing our projects and client relationships.Requirements:3+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an agency environmentStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Proficiency in digital design platforms, specifically FigmaProven ability to craft visual concepts and coordinate all aspects of the creative process from inception to completionExceptional design sensibility with a keen eye for visual detailsSolid understanding of branding, marketing, and content creation across both digital and print mediaAbility to lead and inspire teams of creatives, ensuring high-quality deliverablesExcellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate visual strategies to clients and team membersOccasional travel and attendance required in office and on setExperience in directing photo and video shoots, including an understanding of lighting and compositionFamiliarity with the latest trends in design and technologyCore Responsibilities: Lead the visual development of creative projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and brand standardsDirect and supervise the creative team to develop and execute compelling visual strategiesDesign and oversee the production of media across digital and print platformsEngage in client presentations to discuss and demonstrate the visual approach of campaignsCollaborate with other department heads to integrate creative concepts with overarching campaign strategiesOversee and coordinate the logistical aspects of project productionsBenefits: Remote Work Affordance. Sway pays 100% of employee's United Concordia Dental PlanYearly bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sway's full discretion. Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the company's performance, to be determined at Sway's discretionRetirement Benefits.
