The Social Media and Community Manager at Eufora is a highly impactful role that is the heart and soul of how we attract, engage, and inspire our community. You will drive innovation for digital strategies that aim to grow Eufora’s digital community and tell our brand story. The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about beauty, be able to think both creatively and analytically, and have their finger on the pulse of cultural and social trends.


The Social Media and Community Manager will focus on 3 key areas that will drive Eufora brand awareness and resonation through the effective use of social media:


1) Social Media Management 

Schedule, curate, measure, and guide the creation of content for our social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.

2) Influencer, Creator, and Brand Partnerships

Build a community of Eufora creators to manage and grow our influencer marketing efforts for audience expansion and content repurposing. 

3) Community Management

Consistently and effectively engage the Eufora communities (both online and in person) through not only content, but intentional commenting, liking, and conversing with our communities and similar audiences across all platforms. 


Additional duties include:


Owning all social media marketing tools to create, maintain, and increase awareness across consumer and professional audiences including:

  • Develop & execute social media content calendar across all owned channels, will be responsible for collaborating on the creation and curation effective social media content using photos, videos, UGC, infographics, polls, surveys, contests, etc
  • Communicate the social team's content needs and partner with the Creative team to bring content to life
  • Setting, measuring and reporting on social analytics, compiling quarterly reports on KPIs
  • Building meaningful connections with our online community members through consistent and personal conversations
  • Help facilitate brand partnerships and collaborations 
  • Developing, managing, and executing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Management and deployment of influencer and social marketing budgets
  • Assisting on creative and partner photo/video shoots and events
  • Developing social media campaigns based on promotional, seasonal, and conversational calendars
  • Managing social media campaigns to produce effective ROI


Our Ideal Candidate will have:


  • Proven track record of growth and engagement in social media management and content creation
  • Beauty industry experience is a plus 
  • A proven track record of social following growth with prior companies
  • Superior knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and growth-hacking strategies
  • Photography and videography skills for social content creation preferred
  • On camera comfortability and presence preferred 
  • A natural aesthetic ability and eye for design
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Strong passion for storytelling 
  • Understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology
  • Excellent copywriting skills and polished presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an exceptional sense of accountability
  • Able to find creative solutions and approaches to problems
