We are seeking a talented Visual Content Manager to join our team. This role combines videography and photography skills to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's vision and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to tell a story through visual media.
Position Responsibilities:
- Plan and shoot high-quality, product-focused video content for various platforms (website, catalogs, promotional materials, and social media)
- Capture professional lifestyle images of DM products for various platforms
- Edit/retouch photos and videos as needed to enhance quality and composition
- Work closely with Marketing Manager and Creative Team to plan content needs for each month
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative techniques into our content
- Help maintain consistent DM branding across all internal and external materials
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in video content production, photography, and/or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Photography, or related field
- Product photography experience including lifestyles (models) and flat lays
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Ability to stay exceptionally organized and maintain a set schedule
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniques
- Must be able to accept (and offer) constructive feedback
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to think on your feet and collaborate in real time
