Job Summary:
We are seeking a Learning Content Developer with a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Learning Experience Designers, subject matter experts, and project teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, interactive eLearning content that meets organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and stakeholders to design and develop learning materials that align with business goals and learning outcomes.
- Create engaging, interactive eLearning modules, instructional videos, and other digital learning content using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and similar platforms.
- Design visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia elements that enhance learning retention.
- Integrate learning materials into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure proper functionality and tracking.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on all learning materials to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to iteratively improve learning content.
- Maintain and organize a repository of reusable learning assets and templates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning and instructional design.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Strong design skills, including the ability to create graphics and multimedia using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in designing accessible learning content (WCAG compliance).
- Knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.
- Experience in coding or scripting (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for advanced eLearning interactions.
