Job Summary: We are looking for a badass Content Creator to join the social team to concept, capture, design, edit and animate anything and everything organic social. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design and a strong grasp of the latest social content trends. You'll spend your time working to outthinking the competition. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the visual content expert. How we create, what we create and why
• Collaborate with copy specialist, social media managers and the account team to develop creative solutions that create the intended impact through organic social for each of our clients.
• Work with clients to understand their visual communication needs and provide creative solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to ensure innovative design/content approaches.
• Strong conceptual ability.
• Understanding of organic social and cross-platform experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven design, shooting, editing and animating experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• 2 years of agency experience.
• Proficiency in all applicable applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
