About the role
This is a role that blends creativity with strategic acumen, combining digital and physical experiences to forge unforgettable brand interactions.
  • Lead Experiential Design: Provide visionary leadership to create innovative architectural, retail, trade show, and event-based experiences that connect with audiences on every level.
  • O2O (Online to Offline) Integration: Develop and implement cohesive concepts that seamlessly blend digital and physical elements, delivering dynamic, multi-sensory experiences.
  • Creative Concepting and Pitching: Drive ideation sessions to craft compelling experiential concepts, pitching to clients with clarity, confidence, and creativity.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, immersing them in the vision and securing their trust in execution.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, from strategists to developers, to ensure each element of the experience aligns with brand objectives and audience needs.
  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor a team of designers, architects, and digital creatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in digital and O2O innovation, leveraging insights to elevate creative concepts.
  • Event Design and Production: Oversee the concept and design of brand experiences, from high-energy events to intimate product launches, ensuring brand consistency and emotional resonance.
  • Digital Integration: Work with technology and digital media teams to implement interactive elements that enhance physical environments, ensuring a unified experience.
  • Project Management: Guide the experiential process from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met without compromising creative integrity.


About the requirements
Your experience should match your ambition, with a portfolio that shows you're ready to redefine experiential design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Marketing, or a related field, though experience is what counts.
  • 10+ years in experiential design or creative leadership, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing groundbreaking experiences across architecture, retail, trade shows, and events.
  • Strong conceptual skills with a strategic mindset, capable of connecting digital and physical elements to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and 3D programs such as SketchUp and Blender.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, leveraging their potential to enhance creative development and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with O2O (Online-to-Offline) concepts and digital-physical integrations.
  • Bonus for knowledge in emerging tech like AR/VR, projection mapping, or other interactive tools.
  • Willingness to travel, with flexibility for extended hours when necessary.
  • Local or willing to relocate to collaborate in this hybrid office environment.
